Mary is a certified nursing home administrator and a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators. She has 36 years of experience in health care administration and is currently on the boards of the New Hampshire Health Care Association, the Visiting Nurse Association, Frisbie Memorial Hospital and Hospice. Flynn is a past president of the New Hampshire Health Care Association as well as a former regional vice president for the American Health Care Association. She received her bachelor's degree from St, Joseph's College in Maine.
Jennifer Manning helps expedite the admission and discharge process. She is well-versed in patient rights, advanced directives, living wills and other issues of importance to residents and their families. Jennifer has 17 years of experience in the field of health care and received her case manager certification in 2000. She holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of New Hampshire, a masters degree in occupational therapy, and is a certified case manager.
Sharon Gannon is responsible for managing the nursing staff at our center. She has over 35 years of experience in nursing and has been director of nursing services at Rochester Manor since 1999. Sharon holds an associate's degree in nursing from Regents College.
Brooke has recently joined Rochester Manor as Rehabilitation Director. She has been involved in short-stay rehab and LTC since graduating from OT school in 1996. Brooke worked previously as an Area Director and Clinical Specialist for NovaCare and Rehab Works throughout New England. Brooke takes pride in her Rehab team and the work they do to assist patients to reach their max potential and return to community living.
